Czech Airline Delayed Flights

There have been many instances of delayed flight and with that, the airline has put systems in place on their website and telephones respectively to handle compensation issues that customers may have as it relates flight delay/cancellation. As per the air passenger right 261/2004, passengers can claim upto €600 for distress caused due to the delayed/cancelled flights. Compensation stipulations are as follows:

 The airline being used for travel must be EU registered.
 For domestic and international flights, the minimum distance should be 1500km with a delay of 3 hours or more.
 Prevented from boarding due to ticket overselling.

Please note that compensation claims cannot be made if delay/cancellation was due to natural calamities such as earthquakes, bad weather and circumstances that can be deemed as phenomenal.

I am totally satisfied. Outstanding work.

Carla S.

Everything was above board and I had regular communications. It put my mind at ease, although whole process did take about 4 months which was a little longer than I expected. The outcome was in my favour as promised. Well done to ClaimFlights and big thank you.

Smooth process
